The quarter that
proved the model.

Full Review — January through June
Small team. Big results. Bigger ambitions.
The short version

TL;DR

~1.62M CZK invoiced (~€64,800). Net +365k CZK (~€14,600) after all wages & ops.
Best month: May — 539k CZK.
First cold-outbound customer won (Willow). 6 partnerships built · 15 MCP connectors delivered · ~103 man-days for Duvo alone.
Q3 opens with the heaviest delivery backlog yet: Stemco, BEUMER, Keboola, FirmProspects, Willow pilot.
Kudos

Elene 🔥

Elene is essentially running the Rossum side of the business — 10 active projects across H1, most delivered on her own. She also did deep Duvo connector testing — time-consuming, precision work — and completed the Synerise Academy certification that unlocked our Synerise partnership. Then, right as H1 closed, she picked up Stemco and BEUMER. Genuine engine. 💪 Beyond Rossum, she's constantly jumping into whatever needs doing — Apify actor builds, Sim.ai pilots, LinkedIn GTM — and somehow makes it look easy.

Kudos

Dati 🧠

Dati — working quarter-time and still consistently raising the technical bar for everyone! Being the person we turn to when something is genuinely technically hard. The Apify work, the constant flow of insights, new ideas, and observations — you keep us sharp in ways that don't show up in a status update. On a team this lean, that matters more than you know. 🤍 This team would be measurably weaker without you!

The Partnerships

Partnerships built in H1

Rossum Old-friend

Our biggest client. Went quiet for two months, then came back Jun 19 with a fresh 35 man-day contract.

Duvo.ai MCP connectors

We built their MCP connectors — 15 of them, ~103 man-days. All shipped, all paid.

Apify mini-apps

Became an official partner May 21. 9 actors live, 90 users · 57 monthly active · 96.9% success rate.

Sim.AI making Make jealous

Partnership's live. We've sent them 2 leads so far, with more coming in Q3.

Synerise maybe-one-day

In their partner catalog since Jun 11 — thanks to Elene passing the Synerise Academy cert.

Willow First cold win

Our first customer from cold outreach, ever. Signed a Clay MCP pilot Jun 17, with 7 more integrations lined up if it goes well.

The wrap

H1 is done. H2 starts now.

Thank you — for real.

To Elene — you carried the Rossum book almost single-handedly and still found time to help everywhere else. That's rare.

To Dati — quarter-time, but always there when it counts. The kind of technical depth that can't be "clauded".

To Giorgi and BigDavid — for the constant support and genuine appreciation. You remind us why this work matters, and that quiet motivation keeps the whole team going.

Q3 is already loaded. Let's go.
